Morning followup appointment with ortho surgeon who did my left shoulder...I expressed concern about pain in my right shoulder, probably due to overuse, but their statement was that this appointment was only for left shoulder...the doctors in today's world have no compassion for their patients, only love for the money.

Morning walk on the beach in the dark, no full moon and no change to regular time until end of month...but then the sunrise was beautiful.

Morning PT for my left shoulder where I expressed my dissatisfaction with their service and told them I was going elsewhere. After almost two weeks, they are still having me do wrist exercises and nothing for the shoulder. Afternoon zoom class on Civil War ancestry.

Morning walkabout then drive with neighbor to stock up at Target. Afternoon walk to suss out new PT.

Morning PT for my left shoulder, and I was assigned the trainee who has only been here for two weeks, what a waste of time, nothing done today. Then drive with neighbor to stock up at Whole Foods. Afternoon zoom class on breaking down those brick walls in genealogy.

Morning walkabout then time sitting by the pool but warmer today.

Morning walkabout on a cooler day so decided to sit by the pool even though I cannot yet swim since I cannot put on my bathing suit top, managed to get a singlet over my head though.

Morning PT for my left shoulder then Sara gave me a ride to doctor for removal of stitches in my lip...but he was unable to do it and brought in the senior physician in the office!

Walked to dentist for them to check my teeth because they have been painful since the fall but xrays showed that all was okay

First PT session with Jessica where she initially did rom measurements on both arms. Afternoon genealogy session with group from Whidbey Island Washington.

Swelling has reduced a bit so stayed in to watch DNA webinar.

Woke up with more swelling in upper lip and black/blue eyes but continued with ice application. Afternoon zoom with local DNA genealogy group.
9 October 2020 Friday - Largo Florida
Morning walk on the beach then back to the parking lot where I tripped on crack in sidewalk and fell flat on my face which swelled immediately so Sara drove me to ER. Great doctor put two stitches in my lip and did CT scan but found nothing broken! But the bruise on my upper leg was caused by my camera in my pocket which did get broken (cracked screen).

Morning walkabout at Eagle Lake park where we saw heaps of turtles in the lakes then fresh veggies from Nature's Food Patch

Morning coffee at the clubhouse then walkabout to the post office and the library and the thrift shop at the local church. Our mother's assisted living has finally after seven months started serving food in the dining room rather than requiring delivery to their room...our mum was so excited!

Morning walkabout then because I still cannot drive, my neighbor drove the three miles to visit with my mother at her doctor's appointment.

Morning walkabout then created a for sale flyer with photos and inventory of mum's dishes which I posted at our clubhouse...our mother loved her dishes and cookware because she loved to cook and entertain, but not me!

Happy first day of October! This blogger software is a new version and doing things differently, and not as well, in my day we asked for approval from the users first, but not in this day and age, bummer.
The problem is that compose mode double spaces.
