Overnight temps in the 30s and termination dust on the mountains! On Wednesday I attend yoga class and lunch at the senior center. They also provide Meals on Wheels to the community but unfortunately, because of the cost of petrol, their volunteers who deliver are now fewer.

Fundraiser lunch onboard the Emerald Princess for Juneau Flukes, delicious! Then visit to Resurrection Lutheran Church celebrating 100 years of history with wonderful display of photos and artifacts.
15 September 2026 Tuesday - Juneau Alaska
After having used the same credit card for over ten years, I find that there was suspicious activity detected, someone in Pennsylvania bought $9000 worth of tires for which the bank stopped payment. I rarely buy items online but I did find that a recent purchase was not direct to the company but instead via Square, maybe they are the culprit? And the bank overnight mailing of a new cc took four days, so I was scrambling to correct my autopays. I guess this is more prevalent to use third party for payment?

Sunshine for the family day sponsored by SEARHC SE AK Rural Health Consortium, free food and fresh lemonade and lots of swag from tables where medical personnel educate folks in various health specialties, then University Open House with more food and panel discussions with students and faculty, then watch the fish spawning at Sheep Creek.
