Morning drive to PT then to visit mum. She had shots in her eyes yesterday and has difficulty seeing.

Morning walk at the beach on my own, great to see the Royal Terns again! Then visit to my neighbor's garage sale.

28 April 2021 Wednesday - Largo Florida

Morning coffee at the clubhouse then swim in the pool. Afternoon drive to run errands then evening zoom meeting of condo association.

Happy Full Moon! Morning walkabout then visit to PT then afternoon zoom DNA meeting.

Morning walk at Walsingham Park then swim in the pool. Great to see the win by Nomadland. I think that I have a bit of reaction to my jab last Saturday...my left arm above elbow is more swollen.

Received second jab at Walgreens then visit with mum and deliver more Ensure for her. Afternoon DNA zoom presentation.

Morning walk to PT where no amount of laser or ultrasound therapy is doing any good to ease the pain.

Happy Earth Day!

Had mobile pressure wash fellows clean my van, although they were one hour late, typical for today's young folks, and it looks great! Much easier to watch them climb up the ladder! Afternoon visit with mum and with several of the staff to deal with some of the issues we are having.

Wonderful walk on the beach with Kim where we saw ray fish swimming and royal terns mating and folks prepping the beach for skimmer egg laying and a big "digger" tearing out more of Redington Pier, then visit to Largo library

Morning walk at Walsingham Park then visit with mum at the ALF. Spent time cleaning out her desk drawers where she had been stuffing stuff during the past year of covid lockdown! Then drove to Trader Joe's which has become more of a disappointment because everything I want is not in stock! We have lost two of our residents here: Jake and Barbara

Morning walkabout in the neighborhood then drive to Best Buy to return the camera that I purchased last weekend, found that it does not take standard SDHC card......because stores no longer have any items on display, you cannot see what you are buying! Then visit to Barnes and Noble, the local thrift store and Sprouts.

Morning walkabout then twice yearly maintenance appointment for aircon/heat unit. Afternoon walk at Boca Ciega Park.

Morning coffee at the clubhouse then walk to local library for walkabout on the boardwalk behind the library.

Morning walk to PT then time at the pool for a swim in 75 degree water.

Morning walk in the neighborhood then two genealogy classes via zoom.

Morning drive to Whole Foods then to Best Buy to purchase a new camera then heavy rain and thunderstorms for remainder of day so stayed in.

Morning walk at Walsingham Park then time at the pool then monthly DNA genealogy class via zoom. Rain and thunderstorms in late afternoon.

Morning PT then webinar learning about the 1950 census which will be available next April. The census is released to the public after 72 years.

A day of errands, shopping at the mall then visit to post office and library, then walk in Taylor Park to enjoy the alligators and their babies and the birdies and their babies.

Happy Easter! They have opened the ALF to visitors in the rooms of the residents so visited mum today in her room for the first time in over a year.

Morning visit with PT. Stopped at Walgreens on the way and found that they are doing covid vaccines starting tomorrow so when I returned home, I signed up!
